Welcome to synappro breathe, a wellness application developed by SYNAPPRO LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using synappro breathe (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. Use of the App

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use to assist users in managing their breathing exercises.

Modification of Content

While users can customise their experience by adding personal breathing intervals, any unauthorised modification, reverse engineering, or tampering with the App's core functionalities is strictly prohibited.

Age Appropriateness

synappro breathe is designed for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 should use the App under parental or guardian supervision. This aligns with the Age Appropriate Design Code, ensuring that online services consider the best interests of child users.

3. Health Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is designed for general wellness purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new health-related activity.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for setting appropriate breathing intervals. Engaging in exercises that are excessively strenuous or unsuitable for your health condition may pose risks. If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

4. Limitation of Liability

Assumption of Risk

By using the App, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. SYNAPPRO LTD is not liable for any adverse effects, injuries, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App, including but not limited to the setting of inappropriate breathing intervals.

No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors or interruptions.

5. Data and Privacy

Local Data Storage

User-generated data, such as customised breathing intervals, is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store this information on our servers.

Apple Health Integration

With your explicit consent, the App can share mindfulness minutes with the Apple Health app. This data sharing is optional and under your control.

6. User Conduct

Prohibited Actions

Users must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's systems.
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by SYNAPPRO LTD. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms
