what sets it apart
This practical session uses:
synappro display: our large-format visual breathing projection, designed to work with your space. Different colours, animations and resizable instructions, plus human-recorded narration for participants who prefer to close their eyes.
synappro sounds: our original science-based wellbeing music, created in-house using research into the musical characteristics associated with relaxation.
Together the visuals and music provide a shared point of focus and set the pace. Participants do not need to count or remember instructions, which leaves the facilitator free to offer gentle prompts.
