Jenny founded synappro to combine her love of coding, design, science and mental health. Fond of all things interdisciplinary, she holds a master's degree in the psychology and neuroscience of music. As CEO she leads product, app and web development, branding and marketing, blog writing and most other things.

Ernest is a medical doctor, researcher and statistician, passionate about helping people from all walks of life. As chief scientific officer he gathers the high-quality research that forms the basis of our apps, sounds and sessions, writes for the blog and keeps the science page current.
